South African Members in thousands, such as Ms Reece from Durban central, ward 26, have similar comments to her statement as she expressed heavy frustration stating in fury ” We are sick and tired of being sick and tired. Strategies have to be implemented now, not tomorrow. Targets and sign-ups must be submitted now, not tomorrow.”
